Python Job: Data Analyst (Remote)

This is a new position at our Company and the successful candidate will be working closely with the Data Scientist to ensure that data collected is as accurate as possible. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Excel, Python, SQL and databases. The Data Analyst will be responsible for using these software tools to manipulate, analyze, clean and present data to both internal and external customers.

• Report on data usage patterns.
• Provide key information to executives and other decision-makers in the company.
• Evaluate new marketing strategies.
• Think creatively about how to solve problems.
• Work with senior management.

What You’ll Do

• Drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base
• QA client data to ensure it is being visualized correctly and can generate user insights
• Improve processes and find ways to improve workflows to handle large but different sets of data

Skills And Experience

• 1+ years experience in a credit, financial, or data analyst role
• Experience in fintech, lending, credit/debt - experience with loan portfolio data is a strong asset
• Experience working with both data and non-technical teams to communicate insights
• Familiarity with database management, SQL, and ETL processes
• Bonus: experience with data tools like dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Pay: $24.12-$60.49 per hour
